Based in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. Into mountaineering, backcountry skiing, nagauta shamisen, and half marathons. By day, I work as an IT engineer.

What I do

I make my living mainly as an EM/PM, and now and then support companies on a contract basis or perform on the shamisen.

Backcountry skiing
Started in 2022. Around 90 trips in total by the 2025-2026 season. Mostly in northern and eastern Hokkaido, skiing the local hills from December to May.
Mountaineering
Started in 2019. Around 70 trips in total by the end of 2025. Mainly climbing in the Daisetsuzan range of Hokkaido.
Marathon
Started in 2023. From spring to autumn, I run in local community marathons now and then.
Shamisen
I play nagauta and debayashi. On request, I also perform at day-care facilities and amateur rakugo events.
Engineer
From a major Japanese SIer to a local Vietnamese company to a Japanese SaaS, I have mainly worked as an EM/PM. For personal projects, I mostly build mobile apps just the way I like. Tech I often use: - Flutter, Laravel, Golang - Next.js, Vue.js - MySQL, PostgreSQL - AWS, Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase
