Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of Shamisen Score ("the App"). By using the App you are deemed to agree to these Terms.

2. Purpose and disclaimer (important)

• The App is a score-creation tool for shamisen sheet music.
• The scores distributed through the App are limited to those in the public domain.
• The scores distributed through the App are original scores created by the developer and are not transcriptions of any particular school’s playing technique; accordingly, we make no warranty whatsoever as to the accuracy, completeness, or other qualities of the scores themselves.
• To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

3. Purchases (Pro features / paid content)

• Some features (Pro unlock) are sold through the App Store / Google Play.
• Purchases follow the terms and procedures of each store. Refunds follow each store’s policy.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Use that violates laws or public order and morals, reverse engineering, obtaining or redistributing content without rights, or interfering with the operation of the App.

5. Intellectual property

• Rights in the App and its associated content (distributed scores, etc.) belong to the provider or rightful owners.

6. Changes

• These Terms may be revised as necessary. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Sapporo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any dispute regarding the App.
